"Two keys for a successful visit: bring a towel and some sandals or water shoes. Bring a lock for the lockers if you don’t want to spend 100 pesos on site. I came for a day at the hot springs and had a lovely time midday on a Wednesday. Lots of space for time alone, 10 pools of varying temperatures, and a number of ponds, some full of fish! There are also a few fun creatures to watch on-site, like butterflies, leaf cutter ants, and pretty big geckos (I think?) as you roam the grounds. I sat in the sun, soaked in the pools, and enjoyed my book. A great afternoon! Lots of picnic tables to enjoy your own food and drinks if you plan ahead."
