"Me and I sister stay here for 3 nights. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Sleeping was very comfortable and no bugs were ever found inside of our beds! The Tour guide “R2D2” was the best, full of insight about the jungle and animals. Such a warm hearted soul that everyone should meet. The animals were amazing, the Cenotes were stunning.
