"This place really needs some fixing up. That wooden platform near the entrance? It's pretty banged up, with parts where they've had to put wood boards to cover holes. Plus, it makes a really loud creaking sound when you walk on it. I actually saw a lady trip because her leg fell right through a gap between the planks while she was carrying stuff. Luckily, she was okay! So, just be careful when you're walking on that wood.
Aside from that, two of the ladies' washrooms weren't working, and there's definitely mold in the hot water shower room that needs a good clean. When I visited, their water pump had been out for three days, so they were actually using river water for washing and cleaning – bit of a shock! Good thing the normal water supply came back on in the evening.
Honestly, the vibe of the place is still good, but it really needs more attention to keep things maintained. I heard they're planning to privatize it and even did a public survey for feedback, which is cool. Hopefully, that means they'll start upgrading the service and quality. It's a nice spot overall, especially with the perfect weather at night, even if it gets hot during the day."

"Repeated campsite every year ! Well maintained so far. They change the broken and damage deck platform when necessary. Friendly staff abg Jais and the team, able to assist and share info with us. Got nearby east hiking trail - pay permit at the counter. Suitable for family with kids and friends too. Provided 2 water heater each toilet need to take turn to shower. Puas hati and hope all pengunjung and tourist took care of this campsite together 💪🏼✨"

"I’ve been visiting this campsite almost every year and always enjoyed the environment. However, during my recent visit, I noticed that some facilities are in need of proper maintenance. A few of the toilets were not working, and water disruptions seem to happen frequently. The wooden deck was repaired using plywood instead of proper quality wood, which raises safety and durability concerns.
Additionally, the toilets were not cleaned on a daily basis, which affected the overall cleanliness and comfort of the stay. I hope the management can look into these issues to maintain the quality and experience that many regular campers appreciate."
