What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors generally praise Skytrex Shah Alam for its fun and challenging aerial obstacle courses, suitable for various skill levels. The friendly and helpful staff contribute to a positive experience, though some note issues with website usability and restroom cleanliness. The natural setting adds to the overall appeal.
"Great fun! There are 3 levels of difficulties - Little Adventure (beginner, great for kids), Big Thrill (fun for adults and more experienced kids) and Extreme (fantastic for adrenaline junkies). Staff are friendly and experienced. Safety briefing and demonstration is good.
We took the Little Adventure and the kids love it. Difficulty is just right for beginners - not too challenging but not boring either. Some sections require stronger core and body strength, but these sections can be bypassed by a flying fox zip-line if not ready for them.
Strongly advisable that kids have the height of at least 120cm, as some sections for the safety hoop are quite high and not easy for kids to reach to hook and unhook.
We will be back for the next level!"

"- Good: Nice climate; very fun; good for group of friends; have the shuttle bus; they have 3 play zone from easiest to most difficult; the staffs is very kind and helpful; entrance ticket is not expensive (RM35 each) and you can rent the shoe here if you don't have.
- Bad: Website to booking ticket is not friendly; it's inside the Taman Botani Negara so not easy to find and don't have WiFi in the case you need to take a Grab car or Uber."

"I had a lot of fun! It's quite exhausting so better be prepared with a water bottle. The staffs and guides are really friendly! As someone who's quite scared of height, Big Thrill is somewhat okay for me. Definitely gonna go for the Extreme Challenge next time! 😁"
