Its convenient location near public transport is also a significant plus. Some users note that physical borrowing requires in-person registration.
"I was here on a Friday, the place was so quiet, well maintained and nice, but honestly very small! Comparing to other national libraries in other countries I visited, it’s too small and have limited place for studying, although there weren’t lots of people there. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the time spent here for 5 hours.
The staff are very nice and welcoming as well."

"I’m not based in KL but I used it over one weekend because I got no quiet place lodging at my friend’s. The parking is free of charge for both days I came here and open from 10am-7pm. It’s well maintained, clean and very comfortable (at least internally). The outside walkways are not maintained well with leaking roofs when raining. But this place is huge so i think that’s why…overall very nice place to focus and do work (not too busy w people)"

"Came here on weekday, not many people and security is nice, esp the lady in reception. Many shelf have very less books, but overall still enjoyable. A bit noisy at some area, but only in first floor. 2nd and 3rd are quiet"
