When the owner recommends you and help you make your choice. You can see by the sparkles in his eyes that coffee is really his passion and you understand that he has been trying to find the best way to grow, roast, blend and serve the best coffee.
He made us discover coffee without, the heavy 'burnt' flavor that we all associate with it. So that we were able to distinguish the floral notes.
