"On the southern slopes of the old city Jerusalem is the city of David, going down the hill outside the old city gates crossing the road go down though a mostly Palestinian neighborhood until you reach city of David, impressive ruins going down the slopes overlooking the Kidron valley a nice walk from the old city beautiful flowers and trees along the way or you can walk in the Kidron valley also a nice walk. From there, you would be looking up at the city of David and up further you will see the old city of Jerusalem. Very interesting place with thousands of years of history, please dress modesty for it is a sacred place. A must see if you are visiting Jerusalem."
