"A modern, well-maintained, and managed JR shinkansen station along the Sanyo shinkansen line. There are a "moderate" number of options for food or snacks before the shinkansen trip, and modern bathrooms, an information desk and ticket center.
To me, what is most striking about this modern, amazingly-designed shin station is the entrance, which features walls of real plants, covering the entire surface of both walls floor to ceiling, which flow down onto floor planters. It is a striking thing to see, and worthy of slowing down and admiring this unique aspect to this shin station.
