"We had a very disappointing experience with Museum Beach Hotel. At no stage during the booking process were we informed that visible tattoos are strictly prohibited at the hotel and on its private beach. Such a restrictive and unusual policy absolutely must be communicated upfront or at the very latest immediately after booking.
We only discovered this rule by pure chance just a few days before our planned stay. As a result, we were forced to cancel and rebook another hotel at a significantly higher cost. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
Travelers deserve honesty and full disclosure of such policies before committing to a reservation. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and give it 1 star."

"We usually come here by the day pass, and it’s such an amazing place! I would say this has the best beach on the whole island. The staff is really nice.
Usually, I come here super early with my day pass and rent chairs and towels. As soon as we get to the beach, we use the coin lockers. When we come back with our wet clothes, we can either go back to the locker, take out our clothes, and go straight to eat for dinner.
I would say it’s budget-friendly. If you really want to enjoy Okinawa, I would say you can get an Airbnb outside the hotel and use day passes for all the hotels along the strip. I would say bring water shoes, but if not, it’s manageable.
Also, one thing I forgot to mention is that there’s a pool if you want to use it. You can see the sunset there.
The pool closes at 6 PM, and then no one is allowed in the water.
The pool is open, but I don’t know what time until, but it seems like it’s more than enough."

"I went for the day for lunch and beach/pool access. The lunch buffet was very delicious and there was something for everyone. The beach was nice and netted so you don't need to worry about jellyfish, and the two pools were well maintained.
This IS a tourist resort. Meaning, everything costs money. So go in with that mindset, enjoy the beach/pools, and relax"
