"Several good restaurants but very quiet 商店街 - has good izakaya with affordable price. Very close to many attractions as well as red light district 😀"

"This shopping street in Nagano definitely catches your eyes when you first pass it by.
It is a long corridor covered by a glass colored ceiling. It is great when it's raining (which was the case for us) to have a stroll around shops and restaurants. When we visited it was on a weekday so it was not really busy but I was surprised by a couple of side streets connecting to the main one. They were really quaint.
Other than that it is just a shopping street but worth a walk through it nonetheless."

"Not very interesting shops. A little better at night"
