"Well if you are in Hamamatsu you will not need this review.. the building by itself provides the review.. Standing so tall that in middle of the city.. Go any corner of city and if you are lost and want to know a way back to city just look for this building which is visible from any corner.. Also there is a floor just for viewing on 45th floor for 500 yen
