The rooms perfectly blend modern comfort with the rustic beauty of an Italian villa, so you don't miss out on any comforts and conveniences, like delicious breakfasts delivered to your room, or their crystal blue pool overlooking the vineyards, but you also feel like you're stepping back into history as you marvel at the exposed beams and beautiful stonework.
It has the benefit of sitting on a working winery so you can enjoy the beauty of the landscape and views of the surrounding countryside (and incredible wine!!!) but it's also located only a few hundred meters outside of the fairy-tale village of Panzano, so it is an easy and picturesque walk into town to shop and dine, without having to drive everywhere. Our moonlit walks back to the villa after a delicious dinner in the village are some of our most treasured memories!
Even if you aren't able to stay there, you can book a wonderful and informative tour and tasting! Irene's passion for the winemaking process couldn't be more obvious as she guides you through their beautiful vineyards and winemaking facility ending with a tasting of their incredible wines, paired with small bites crafted from local (often from their garden) ingredients.
They also have a beautiful tasting room just off the Panzano town square, so even if you're just in Panzano for a short time, it's easy to pop over and taste their outstanding wine.
The proprietors Monia and Franco are absolutely wonderful, and they and their staff create an environment that makes you feel welcome and valued.
My wife and I have stayed there five times (for durations between one and three weeks) as of 2023, and already have two weeks booked for next year!
Pro tip: rent a Vespa while you're there so you can have it handy at the villa for trips to nearby villages and wineries without the hassle of finding parking for a car."

Irene’s passion for her work is evident and she brings such a personal touch. Wewere served delicious food in addition to four delicious wines (you won’t leave hungry or thirsty). Their wine made me rethink Chianti and my one great sadness is that it’s so expensive to ship their wine to the States! Their olive oil and homemade salt is also a must try."
