A very interesting tour with our knowledgeable guide- Valentina- thank you! The catacombs tours (also of San Gennaro) are part of a project to revive this area of Naples “Sanita”- a worthy cause!"

"Excellent place to learn about some history of Naples. The English tour guide was a very nice gal who we could understand clearly. She guided us through the tunnels and answered all our questions. Some very old frescos are still intact and wonderful to view and contemplate the people that lived back then. Also you get to see the chambers where they drain the blood of the recently deceased to prepare them for long term storage (…and you thought you had a bad job). Overall this was a great visit and I would highly recommend it. Take the elevator down to the entrance from the high street above."

"If you are in Naples, you cannot miss this stunning uncanny piece of history. Emanuele (our guide) was great, highly prepared and charming on the ancient history of the place. As an historian, his explanations were never trivial, but on the contrary rich in details and with interesting insights. The association has the goal to re-qualify the neighbourhood hurt by the past influence of Camorra and gives better hope and future perspective to the local residents of the area. As a neapolitan, i have been there several times... never getting tired of admiring such beauties. Very well done guys!"
