"I was here a few days ago late in the evening and only had the opportunity to admire the cave from the outside. The natural structure is colossal and fascinating; I can only imagine how much history it holds. Unfortunately, due to our brief stop in Marina di Camerota, we weren't able to visit the inside.
If you're a fan of sightseeing and hiking, I highly recommend a visit. Plus, the ticket price (€5) is very reasonable."

"The tour begins in the virtual museum, which features a video detailing all the caves along the Camerota coast and the artifacts found. Afterward, we move to the cave itself, about 300 meters away. The cave entrance is only accessible, as the internal chamber is still being excavated. Our guide was very knowledgeable and clearly explained all the findings and the lifestyle of the cave's inhabitants, from the Neanderthals to the end of the Neolithic. It's very impressive and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Worth seeing. The cost is €5; children enter free."
