"Beautiful spot! The environment comprises scribby woodland, barackish lake, beach and sea. Many birds, and we saw a lot of pawprints left by animals during the night in the fine sand: wolf, hare, badger, fox, wood-marten and tortoise!"

"This oasis is a little gem! To access you must book the guided tour by writing to their contacts. I did it very conveniently via What's App and the staff is very kind and gives all the necessary information. The route is almost completely accessible for prams and strollers, except for a last part to access the beach which must be done on foot. On the beach you only stop for the time of the visit, to see the part of the beach left uncontaminated, a rare thing now!
I went with 2 children and a stroller and it was really comfortable, I recommend it! During our visit we managed to see fox tracks, wolf tracks, spotted some birds and even saw two little turtles! if you don't have your own binoculars the guide has professional ones that he makes available.
At the visitor center there is information material and also some stickers and postcards for children which can be obtained with a donation to the WWF.
The visitor center also has toilets for visitors and a picnic area equipped with tables if you want to stop before or after the visit. Another short 400m path starts from there and is completely accessible with a stroller. I highly recommend the visit to everyone, especially families with children of all ages!
I also suggest continuing by car or bike along the coastal road to enjoy the full view of the lake!"
