"It is an ancient historic building overlooking the beautiful Piazza XV Marzo. It has the Rendano theater in front and on the sides the entrance to the old villa and the civic library. From the main facade it does not appear imposing with only 2 floors of height. In reality the architectural complex develops further down towards Piazza Spirito Santo. Some of its internal rooms are interesting and well-kept. I do not believe it can be visited by the public since it is still the seat of representation of the Province.
