"This place is a MUST for every mountain lovers, located between the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano. From Nova Levante ( Bolzano ) we took the cable car Laurin 1 and 2 to reach Rifugio Coronelle, once at the top, there are various paths to choose from, or you can just lay down on the endless meadows, or go to any huts sorrounding the place, eat and relax to their deck chairs facing the Rosengarten. Highly recommended ! Visited in summer."

"The Catinaccio, the magical realm of the dwarf king Laurin, is the dream of many mountaineers, hikers, and painters.
Katja Solderer wrote in her book "Tierser Berggeschichten rund um Rosengarten und Schlern" (Tiers Mountain Stories around the Catinaccio and Schlern) that these mountains are still places of longing, places to which one wishes to return again and again. Their walls glow so enchantingly, their peaks so unattainable for many, their shapes so fascinating to behold. I can only confirm this; it is as beautiful as a picture book! When the sun kisses the mountains, the phenomenon of alpenglow – called Rosadira. A heaven on earth. Here I am human, here I am allowed to be."
