"We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed dinner there both evenings. The room was well cared for and clean. The restaurant was excellent, with a wide selection of local delicacies slightly tweaked by Chef Rufo. Every course we tried was enjoyable and memorable, with some excellent local wines. A special shout out goes to the Ravioli scapolesi con sugo di capra and the boar entree, both delectable experiences. The breakfast in the morning was Italian style, with fresh and crisp croissants and fresh homemade cream or jams, as well as cake and pie, accompanied by an excellent yoghurt. The coffee was also very good. I thank the hosts for their truly generous hospitality."

The service was equally impressive: friendly, attentive, and professional without being overbearing. The staff made us feel welcome and well looked after throughout the meal.
The only downside? The portions — especially the antipasti — were on the smaller side. While everything we tried was delicious, a little more generosity would have made the experience feel more satisfying, especially at the start of the meal.
That said, it’s definitely a place worth visiting if you appreciate refined cuisine and warm hospitality. With just a bit more on the plate, it could easily be a five-star spot! 🍷🍽️"
