"Wow! What a fantastic place and a great visit. The booking system is easy and the staff are delightful. It's such a good idea to have times entries like this as it enables people to be alone in the crypt for a short time in complete silence which really enhances the whole experience."

"An amazing piece of artwork and history - a place on the MUST visit list in Italy. The crypt is called “the small Cappella Sistina”. BUT BE WARE - the employees are extremely vile and hostile to visitors both Italian snd foreigners. They come up with all reasons not to let you in. We returned three times in one day and at the end had to make a scandal to be let in. Masses, christening and big tourist groups cause closing of the museum. Make an appointment for the visit upfront, be there early and stand your ground with the narrow minded employees. You can also try to call upfront to check for the working hours of the day."
