"The Distillery Bow signature tour is a must-do in Dublin! From the welcome drink to learning all about Ireland’s whiskey-making heritage, every stage was informative, engaging, and a lot of fun. The guided tasting at the end was excellent — with clear explanations that made it easy to appreciate even if you’re not a big whiskey 🥃 drinker (like me). No surprise it’s won awards for being one of the top whiskey tours — we absolutely loved the whole experience together ❤️"

"I just had the most incredible experience at the Jameson Distillery Bow St. Tour in Dublin! From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance was top-notch, and the facilities were sleek and modern. But what really made the visit stand out was our amazing tour guide - he was super passionate about Jameson and its rich history. He took us on a journey through time, showing us how Jameson's iconic whisky is made and what sets it apart from the rest.
The highlight of the tour was definitely the whisky tasting - we got to sample three different types of Jameson, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. The "Grain to Glass" process was fascinating, and our guide did an excellent job of explaining it in a way that was easy to understand. Plus, the comparative whisky tasting was a great way to learn about the different flavors and notes.
One thing to keep in mind is that you won't actually get to see the whisky being made - it's more of a theatrical experience. But trust me, it's still totally worth it. The Jameson Distillery Bow St. Experience is a must-visit for anyone in Dublin, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves whisky, history, or just wants a unique and immersive experience. So go ahead, book your tour, and get ready to be blown away by the rich history and smooth flavours of Jameson!"

"There are different experience options to choose from so my review comes from choosing the cheapest option. This option included a lesson on Jameson Whiskey + a choice of a drink (I highly recommend the mixed drink, it's really tasty!).
The amazing guide taught us the history of Jameson whiskey. We were then guided through how the whiskey is made with visuals and props.
I believe the actual place the whiskey is made is on a different location at another part of Ireland.
However, we were still lucky to have tasted different variations of Jameson."

Beyond the Standard Tour: Premium Experiences
The 'Whiskey Cocktail Making Class' is another standout offering, perfect for those who enjoy a hands-on approach. Led by skilled mixologists, participants learn to craft classic and contemporary whiskey cocktails using Jameson. Jameson Distillery Bow St. vs. Guinness Storehouse: A Dublin Dilemma
Jameson Distillery Bow St., on the other hand, focuses on the heritage and tasting of Irish whiskey. As noted by some travelers, the actual distillation happens elsewhere, making the Dublin experience more about the brand's story, the craft of whiskey-making, and, crucially, the tasting. This distinction is important for visitors seeking a true distillery tour versus a brand heritage and tasting experience.
If time is limited, consider your preference: for a deep dive into stout and iconic views, choose Guinness. For a rich whiskey heritage, engaging tastings, and cocktail classes, Jameson Distillery Bow St. is the way to go. Some suggest doing Guinness first as it can be a longer experience, but others found Jameson to be the more enjoyable of the two.
