What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors rave about the stunning views and thrilling experience of the Terrace River Pool Swing and Tegalalang Rice Terraces. The friendly staff and unique photo opportunities are frequently highlighted as major positives. However, some guests have noted issues with unclear pricing for photos and potential upselling, suggesting clear communication is key.
"The environment to had a drink over there is quite relaxing which blowing with wind.
There is no one collecting entrance fees at the entrance, while we entering. But we interested with the sky bike, they ask for entrance tickets but no one selling ticket at entrance.
Moreover, we had already paid for the entrance ticket. We go down and take some picture by OURSELF. After that, she ask us pay her money for picture, we don’t even get help from her or ask her for help. It doesn’t make sense to take money from us. 🫠 We don’t argue so much and just paid her 50k 😑 because I satisfied with that spot area and never argue much.
Lastly, we try for sky-bike, Its amazing experience and staff was very friendly to help us take a lot of video and picture. This I definitely recommend had a try and definitely give them some tips for the satisfaction of the service🥰
Conclusion : Still had to improve much to attract more customer. And the ticket entrance should sell at entrance !! If photo need to pay, why not write a board over there !!"

"The people who work here are amazing! Very friendly and kind! I have some amazing pictures and videos as they really make an effort to take nice pictures for you! It is definitely worth visiting, I felt like a free bird flying! I loved it! Price for the swing 200k, dress 100k, I believe it is reasonable, especially paying for an experience:)"

This by far the best rice terrace. The view here is just incredible. The staff (as everywhere in bali) were super friendly and mind you we tried 3-4 different places before we found this stunning view."
