Visiting Sekumpul Waterfall was one of the highlights of my trip. It takes about 1 hour to hike down and another hour to come back up — and yes, there are a lot of stairs! But it’s absolutely worth it. The waterfall is breathtaking, surrounded by lush jungle and the sound of rushing water. It feels like a hidden paradise.
On the way there, I stopped at the Hanging Garden Restaurant (also called The Hanging Restaurant), and it was such a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, and the view of the waterfall from the restaurant is stunning — a perfect place to relax before or after the hike.
