"This was my second time visiting Peneleh Cemetery, but this was the first time I'd even entered.
The tombs of European nobility during this time have been badly damaged, and it even looked like there were no graves.
Reportedly, this tomb doesn't seem as mystical or scary as one might imagine. In fact, many local children play in the cemetery every evening, flying kites. It's ironic, indeed. But it's not wrong; the tomb is often used as a photoshoot location for models, where the pictures are taken in the middle of the tomb.
Now, many residents around the tomb serve as 'security guards' every day, as they've become accustomed to it.
So, if you visit Peneleh, take the time to learn that this is a historic tomb in Surabaya."
