"Four of us played at Resorts and Islands course on 7 Nov. A nice course to play as greens are well maintained. Caddies here are chatty but professional.
They also allowed me to fly my drone here as long as I don’t slowdown our play or disturb other guests.
Overall we enjoyed our game here and definitely recommend others to play here while in Batam"

"Played the Palm & Island 9 on a Friday morning. As you’d expect, great pace of play, never held up at any holes.
Forecast said it would rain all day - but it rained for less than 30 minutes in the noon. Course itself is in decent shape. The Bermuda grass fairway was nice to hit from. They just aerated one or two greens when we played, but it wasn’t a major issue and the rest rolled true enough. The signature seaside holes are clearly the main draw, and you get some good views of the Singapore coastline.
Caddies were awesome, our group had a mix of high and low handicappers, and the caddies wete geinuinely helpful for everyone - solid reads and useful swing tips to a friend in the group.
The clubhouse is where things get… interesting. The staff are welcoming, but the locker room is a time capsule. Interior design clearly from a few decades ago (I have no issue with it as I love vintage) To it’s credit, it’s clean and well-maintained and the RFID lockers are a modern touch.
However, the sauna room looked like a Kaiju had fought inside it. Notes to the management that this should be barricaded properly.
Overall: Still a great course and definitely good value for money. Would definitely come back to play here again."
