Visitors consistently praise Bjórböðin Beer Spa for its unique and relaxing experience, highlighting the rejuvenating effects of the beer baths and the stunning fjord views. The friendly staff, clean facilities, and delicious on-site food also receive high marks, making it a memorable stop in North Iceland. Some guests note the importance of booking in advance due to limited capacity.
"We had an excellent experience here at The Beer Spa. The employees were extremely accommodating, kind and generous with information about the spa. Here is my tip: get there 1/2hr before your appointment and sit out back behind the building to soak in the hot tub while enjoying a beer and the picturesque scenery all around you. The changing room was clean with a private shower. The tubs are cleaned after each use. Because this is an intimate experience the business only takes a handful of people a day so make sure you reserve a spot ahead of time. This is located in North Iceland so if you have plans of going out there this is a must. They also sell beer shampoo, conditioner and body wash and they're worth the money. We will definitely go again."

"Absolutely breathtaking experience. We arrived early to soak in the outdoor tubs and the sky was blue and sun was out and it was such an amazing experience! The actual beer tub itself was so much better then anticipated, our skin felt amazing for days! Their beer was also super good, unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the food but reason enough to come back again!"

"This was an amazing experience! I was worried it would be a little kitschy, but this was one of the top spa experiences we had in Iceland.
The place is so beautiful, very clean facilities, and modern design. The location has sweeping views of the fjord. It was really stunning on a sunny day. The food in the restaurant was fantastic, and the beer was really good.
The spa starts with a check in and then a quick shower and change in their changing rooms. They then guided us to our beer baths, in private rooms with beer on tap. The bath was fun and unique. The bath is wooden filled with young beer. Next to the beer bath there is a beer tap to enjoy as you relax. The sauna is small but pleasant experience and there are two hot baths outside for soaking and enjoying the views and nature (with beer service).
The facilities, the views, the beer, and the food all made for one of the more fun and entertaining days we had in Iceland. I whole heartedly recommend this for anyone looking for a unique fun experience."
