What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Parisi Udvar is overwhelmingly praised for its absolutely stunning and awe-inspiring architecture, with many calling it one of the most beautiful buildings they've ever seen. Visitors love the opulent atmosphere of the cafe and atrium, and its central location is a major plus. Some find the hotel rooms expensive, but the dining experience is generally considered worthwhile.
"The building itself is magnificent (inside and outside), definitely worth a 5 star-rating.
Unfortunately the experience in the café was less pleasant. While the quality of the beverages and food was good, the service staff was rude, their attitude overbearing (and I'm used to a certain level of grumpiness from the old Viennese cafés). However, this shouldn't be a reason to skip a visit, just don't expect the service staff to be welcoming."

"Wonderful experience with the obviously gobsmacking architecture and interior design, but all aspects of the hotel experience were 5 star. Professional staff from check-in to check out, wonderful breakfast with an a la carte option (very reasonably priced) and a very thoughtful care and attention to personalising my visit.
My only criticism is that the jacuzzi could have more time bubbling and not resting, and it would be nice if the spa was open earlier in the day."

"Nothing compared to Matild!! This is supposed to be one of the most elite cafes in the city. Despite that, no one even bothered to open the door for me at the entrance, let alone taking my coat. Although the interior was beautiful, the service was really poor and the drinks were overpriced. We ordered hot chocolate and got some super cheap, hot cocoa that I can make at home in less then 2 mins. Also, the waitress spilled my drink by accident and didn’t even have the decency to wipe my glass, let alone getting me a new one and just served it as is, with hot cocoa dripping to the bottom of my glass. It even stuck to the tray the drinks were served on. Also, the water they served with the drinks was actually tap water. When asked, she answered like it was the most natural thing in the world that it was indeed tap water. And they had the audacity to charge us service fee for a cheap powedered hot cocoa and some tap water… I live right next to this place, but I can assure you I won’t be a returning customer."
