"What a delightful find. Completely rebuilt with charming effect. I’ve been to a lot of shoreside/beach restaurants around the islands. Paradise Beach Club is a cut above. Still a nice beach atmosphere, but a bright, clean, romantic setting, with classy appointments and table settings, and music at a conversational level. They will pick you up at your boat if you like and get you home afterwards.
The food is just amazing. The table presentation was impressive and artful. The chef’s here have had real training somewhere. The plates we were served were as delicious as they were beautifully presented. Miss Allison and her crew have created a special place and will create great memories for you. A must visit ashore in Carriacou."
