The first part of the trail is really easy and well packed, but it does get a bit uneven and some of the rocks are worn enough to have become a bit slippy. Definitely bring a few bottles of water. Fantastic views of the surrounding hills and sea the further you descend. There's a bit of scrambling from the monastery to Katholiko Bay further down the trail. Bit of cardio on the way back up. All in all a couple of hours well spent."
