"Nikos gave a really good expert wine tasting. He answered all of my questions regarding their wines. Like toasting casks, wich casks, maturation proces, different grapes, Terroir, vintages, lees, wild fermented, their vision and goals for the future. I went there because I love the Elia Negroamaro. I have known it for 7 years now. Thank you ever so much for the hospitality and good wines. The wines are excellent wines. Nikos, a third grade sommelier, was a knowledgeable and really good host. I have been to many tastings, this one was top! I'll enjoy the wines i bought.
