"Düsseldorf used to be such a dirty and dreary city. No longer. It is chic (and expensive) and architecturally truly stunning. Brilliant for pedestrians (hardly any room for the huge expensive German limousines which you can see crawling alongside the Koe(nigsallee). This area is particularly lovely in winter, and in summer you can sit in the park or watch the spring flowers."

"Another fantastic building in Düsseldorf.
Rem khoolas is not living any detail to the case, and you can clearly see it in this magnificent building.
Unfortunately I didn't had the time to go inside.
The building is perfectly encased with the surrounding area, withe the pond on one side and the square in the other.
For architect lovers, another must see in this fantastic city."
