"One of the highlights of the area. Embedded in a nice park close tobte river Elbe. And in walking distance to the Bauhaus."
Björn Fricke
"Unfortunately, we only found out about this exhibition shortly before our departure and spontaneously went there very early in the morning. The enormous, amorphous metal sculptures are located in the park of the "Orangerie im Georgium" and are breathtakingly beautiful. The largest one looks like liquid mercury and lets your imagination run wild.
The exhibition runs until October 5, 2025, so don't hesitate to go."
Antonio
"The Georgenhaus was the summer residence of Prince Leopold's younger brother, Franz. This over 200-year-old neoclassical building houses a collection of paintings belonging to the Dessau princely family. It has been successfully modernized and also displays paintings by Dutch masters. I highly recommend a visit, which costs €8.50."
