"Review of wine tasting only. First winery in Germany that actually gets how to do it American style. Small pours multiple glasses so you can compare. There are 4 levels, and the top 2 Rieslings were naturally the best. I also enjoyed the Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay from the "lower tiers". Have yet to find a German red I like."

"We booked one night stay at this location. Me and my boyfriend travel a lot between Netherlands and Italy so it was nice to have a halfway break and stay here.
We booked everything online and it was easy to do it.
During booking we also asked if we can participate at wine tasting session and it was amazing! We also booked a table at the restaurant and the food was unique and amazing! We ran a bit late on our dinner reservation because we were still at the wine tasting session but the staff came and checked on us. To be hinest, That was a nice touch from them :)
Room was very nice and very clean.
The breakfast choices was a bit limited but this is a very intimate and romantic location, so if you expect hotel 100 choices style buffet,this is not for you.
I definitely recommend this place for couples that want to have a private and romantic stay.

"A very warm and friendly welcome from the reception team which included a glass of the house fizz which was delicious. The room was excellent, beautifully finished to a very high standard. The shower in our room deserves a mention, so many shower heads blasting water you might as well have been in a bath!! Breakfast was lovely in a relaxed atmosphere. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for refurbishment during our stay so we can't comment on that. We would stay here again without a doubt."
