"A very beautiful, shaded walk with many trees, plants, and panoramic views to admire.
The path is easy if you start from the observatory.
My dog and my feet particularly appreciated the coolness of the small stream near the botanists' chalet :-)
Be careful! We came across a flock of sheep and their imposing canine guardian, who made it clear to us that it was time to follow the appropriate instructions in such cases: calm down, turn around, detour..."

"A magnificent, calm and soothing place. You can discover many plant species from the four corners of the world, the walk is not very long, around 2-3 hours depending on the pace. For my part, I left from the Mont Aigoual observatory and then went back up there but there is a road which leads directly to the arboretum car park.
Note that he has a picnic table at the bottom to rest in front of the laboratory of botanist Charles Flahault before going back up :)"

"Discover it at the top of the 4,000-step climb from Valleraugue, just before arriving at and enjoying a well-deserved rest at the Mont Aigoual observatory. Or, if you're feeling less energetic, just below the observatory after taking in the 360-degree view stretching from the Mediterranean to the Cévennes, passing through the Alpilles."
