What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise the unique thrill of the water jump and the professionalism of the staff. However, some reviews point to issues with communication regarding weather cancellations and potential intensity for younger children. Booking in advance is highly recommended, and flexibility with plans due to weather is advised.
"For those taking children on this experience, please be aware it is very intense, and can be scary in unexpected ways. My 10 year old daughter got stuck underneath the donut in the water, I couldn't get her out, and the lifeguard jumped in to rescue her. She is very traumatised. Having said that I'm sure it's great for older children and adults. The staff were professional and it's well organised."

"A bad experience. We had booked an afternoon ticket for 5:00 PM. It was a bit rainy, but it was still manageable. We waited 2.5 hours in the village because the afternoon was fully booked. We were supposed to arrive at 4:30 PM to pay, so we were already waiting in the rain at 4:00 PM. We were told to leave the ticket window. So we waited outside the canvases in the rain.
When it was 4:30 PM and we wanted to pay, we were told it wasn't advisable and then they even canceled the reservation. We understood the weather, but the staff weren't clear and very rude to us. They could have told us earlier that the reservation was canceled. This cost us a lot of time.
We hope for a better experience next time!"
