"Bout Du Lac is a natural protected area on the southern tip of Lake Annecy, about half an hour by car from the city of Annecy. You can have a walk through it with a circular path that can be completed in about an hour: at a certain point there’s also a detour that leads to Plage de Doussard. It’s a very nice area to relax in the middle of the nature."

"Nice place to visit either for a walk or for running. When starting from the parking lot (max 2 hours parking) you can do a 3 km loop (first part is the same though). There is a small tower which can be climbed and which offers a nice view over the lake and the national reserve. Part of the loop consists out of a dirt/mud trail and is not very suitable when visiting it with a strawler. You can however reach the lakeside by just walking on the easily accessible boardwalk."

"Beautiful place for a lovely easy walk! Liked the tower half way round, great views over the lake."
