You get to feed them sugar water and observe them closely at your leisure (the hummingbirds are free, just very comfortable with people and have voracious appetites). It was amazing seeing their iridescent patterns up close. Great place for photos too, or just relaxing with coffee and enjoying watching them all swarm around and feed, in a beautiful cloud forest setting. I stopped by before my flight. I Ubered there and the gentleman who runs the place was very helpful, and booked my taxi to the airport. (I’d recommend pre booking transportation, but it worked out great). No need to reserve/prepay for your visit in advance. I’d like to stay in their accommodations in the future. Highly recommend this beautiful, serene experience!"

The family kindly greeted us after a very late arrival from the airport. It was magical to wake up the next morning and be able to step into a birding paradise right outside your door.
