Reviews Summary

Isla Lobos is lauded as a pristine natural paradise, particularly for its abundant sea lion colonies and diverse birdlife. Visitors are captivated by the close wildlife encounters and the island's tranquil beauty. Some find the snorkeling conditions variable, and the lack of services requires thorough preparation.

"This was another beautiful island in the Galapagos islands. The hike was challenging, with hills and rough terrain. That being said, there was a lot of wildlife to see. Lots of sea lions that were right up close to us and allowed us to get great pictures. Also lots of birds, that were very close to us and allowed us to get great pictures. Would definitely recommend if you feel up to the hike."

"Its was amazing trip to the Isla Lobos. At the biggin of the trail you can see a lot of beards and nests. Lots of new born beards. Than in other side of the Isla you can see lots of seels , like big family's with small babys. Its very interesting to see there life here . At the end of the trail we have a chance to have a snorkeling with young seels, they like to play around the people and if you make the photo or video they will show you big performance. I recommend to do this tour after 360 tour in San Cristobal."

Vasily Tregubov

"I was there on 05 April. I am not a huge fan of birds but I was amazed with the blue foot bubbies dancing and taking care of the eggs. Try frigates were espectacular with the big red thing and making a lot of noises. Unfortunately the snorkeling was not so good. I don't think know if because he season or the hour (around 11:00am)."
