Our overall experience was wonderful, but we did encounter one small disappointment in the restaurant. While we were enjoying our coffee, one staff member came across as a bit rude, almost as if we were being shooed off to the garden rather than being asked politely. We understood that preparations were underway for a wedding, but as paying guests, we felt we should still have been served properly.
That said, aside from this isolated incident, the rest of our stay was excellent. The hotel itself is stunning, the facilities are top-notch, and it’s a place we would still highly recommend for anyone seeking relaxation in a luxurious environment."

"Majestic hotel. Great location and wonderful staff. Room is spacious. The annex in which we stayed was some distance from the main building but the area is pretty enough. Breakfast is good, but busy at times.
Two concerns: it gets very hot on the top floor without airconditioning (35 degrees inside, 23 outside...). It would not be a luxury. And the restaurant was fully booked because of a party but we could order room service and eat on the terrace. Great, but the room service charge seems a bit misplaced if you need to pick up the food yourself.
However, these are small comments as we really enjoyed our stay."
