"Came to the marina with our boat on a trailer. Asked for use of the ramp to get the boat in the water. Wasn't possible. Club members only. My stay for a week and payment of harbour fees persuaded them to let me use the ramp anyway. After being a guest for a week I asked for acces to the ramp again because my holiday was finished. Wanted to get the boat out to take it home. This time no luck. Harbour master was reluctant ant told me to get the boat out elsewhere. All he had to do was give me the keypass for 15 minutes. Terrible, client unfriendly experience."
