Reviews Summary

Visitors are consistently delighted by the unexpected sight of the 'Man Hanging Out' sculpture, praising its artistic merit and thought-provoking nature. While some find it a bit unsettling, most appreciate it as a unique and memorable addition to Prague's already rich cultural landscape. It's a popular photo spot that adds a modern twist to the historic Old Town.

"One of many of David Cerny’s art works in Prague. This statue is the “Man Hanging Out” and is intended to distract visitors from many of the other sites in the area. The piece was first created in 1996 and of Sigmund Freud. It is meant to be a statement about intellectualism in the 20th century. I really enjoy David Cerny’s art works. There is so much thought put into what he does and his work can be seen all over Prague. Worth taking time out to map his work and go see it for yourself when visiting Prague. I really enjoyed my visit to this statue."
