I was confused about doors vs start time, but for my event, the doors were at the time stated on the ticket (20:00), and then the event started 5 minutes later (20:05). There wasn’t much info online about dress code, but I recommend not wearing shorts or anything above the knee, as most were wearing trousers and longs dresses. Definitely smart/smart casual.
