Reviews Summary

Visitors generally find Dragon Tower Harbin to be a worthwhile attraction for its impressive city views, especially during sunset and at night. The option for both indoor and outdoor observation decks, along with unique features like the glass floor, adds to the experience. However, some note that visibility can be an issue due to haze, and ticket pricing should be carefully considered to ensure value.

"There is both Outdoor and Indoor observatory deck. I paid ¥65 which includes both the outdoor and indoor section, which is cheaper than what I was expecting as i read someone posted saying it cost ¥150 but that was with a package which includes a drink or something. So if you're just interested in the view, just go for the ¥65 ticket

A good pit stop in the morning if you have nothing to do. A bit hazy when I visited but it's pretty much like that for the entire time I'm here in Harbin.

The first section you will reach when you come out the lift is NOT the indoor section. Climb up the stairs and you will reach the outdoor section, continue another flight of stairs up to head up a few level to reach the indoor section which is heated and very comfortable considering it was -18⁰C when I visited

Staff are friendly and it's not crowded during the time I visited (7 Jan 2025, 10am)

There is a Boeing flight simulator on the ground floor and they sell model planes"
