Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre for its cleanliness, abundant facilities, and friendly staff, particularly highlighting the gym trainers. It's seen as a great place for art, activities, and family outings. However, some have experienced challenges with event room booking processes, citing unhelpful staff interactions.
"Excellent community centre. Very clean, well maintained and abundant with facilities. Shoutout to the trainors at the gym. Reached out to Ivan who is extremely friendly, understands your goals and helps you achieve them in a manageable and sustainable pace. Would 100% recommend over brand-name gyms. Used to have a gym membership, it was a completely different experience here at QEP, in a good way. The staff is very helpful and the equipment is very well maintained too."

"Google Review:
I recently tried to rent a room for an event on a specific date. Initially, when I called the city, they told me to send an email, which would take two business days to process. I followed their instructions and sent the email. However, when I called the location directly, they informed me that I needed to fill out a form instead. I submitted the form after the call.
When I visited the location in person, I spoke with the same person from the phone call. Unfortunately, she was unhelpful and refused to accommodate us, despite knowing the event was for kids and newcomers. Her lack of support and understanding was very disappointing."
