However, some events require separate ticketing, and the park's name can refer to different locations with distinct features.
"Tannery Park in Oakville is a must go to! With stunning views of Lake Ontario and beautifully maintained walking paths, green spaces, and plenty of seating areas to relax. The combination of waterfront views and the charming marina creates a perfect backdrop for a leisurely stroll.
One of the highlights is the picturesque pier that extends into the lake, offering panoramic views of Oakville’s shoreline and beyond. It’s an ideal spot for photography, fishing, or just watching the sailboats glide by. The park is also family-friendly, and it’s an excellent place for a sunset walk or a quiet moment of reflection."

"Beautiful views of the lake. A much needed Park to appreciate the area. Would be perfect if there were a couple of cafes and a beach but then perhaps it would be too busy. Great spot for a walk and incredible views of the Toronto skyline on a clear day. A healthy smattering of benches to sit and watch the world go by from."

"This is a beautiful place and there is a lot of stuff to see on the recently developed walk. Something for everyone to view. The wall of history is amazing. The butterflies in the summer. The beachfront view along the entire walk. Places to sit and relax. It is well maintained, very clean and comfortable being there. You may even be lucky enough to see the gentleman who balances a bunch of rocks in one section of the walk. If you are on a bike and in need of a little repair, there is a small station with some tools to help. I'm glad that Oakville has put those repair kits around the town. I make it a point to cycle to that spot almost every time I ride. Well done Oakville!"
