I have contacted them several times about the state of three stones belonging to siblings. The one stone must be so bad now that it isnt even listed in the registry as existing. We used to come.up to reset the stones ourselves but I live much further away now. Last time I called, I was told they were looking at different solutions for the sinking stones. I offered to help.with fundraising and solution seeking but was declined."
