Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about the stunning, accessible views of Lake Ontario and the Niagara Escarpment, often calling it a hidden gem. The park's beauty in autumn and its significance for raptor migration are frequently praised. Some minor drawbacks include limited parking and occasional issues with waterfall access or amenities.

"I went here with my two dogs, and we all had an amazing time. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the fall colours. The lookout trail isn’t too difficult, a great mix of rocky paths and beautiful scenery. I really appreciate the signs reminding pet owners to keep their dogs on leash, and everyone we passed by was very polite.

Parking is the only downside. The lot is quite small (maybe for about 10-15 cars), so unfortunately some people had to park along the road despite the no parking signs."

Eryn T

"Such incredible views. Really worth the visit. We have gone multiple times. The only issue is the parking at popular times. Unfortunately people who were parked safely off to the side were getting ticketed while I was there. By-law were a little zealous on that occasion… but the park itself is perfect."

Jeffrey Thomas

"A lovely short hiking loop with a stunning lookout. The waterfall is a small detour and the access is from the Ridge Rd. The water level was low and we could "walk" the falls but there was a bit of a stench there so we could not stay there for long. A map would be a useful addition to this trail. The washrooms are out of order."
