"I had an amazing experience here. I did the wine tasting. The wine was fantastic and a good variety was on offer. The best part was the staff. Our sommelier was Leah and not only was she incredibly knowledge about the wine, but also the land and the area of Niagra. Leah was exceptionally friendly and also very passionate about the wine. If you want to do a wine tasting I recommend this place 100%.
The place also has an exceptional view with an interior set up that is lovely. You can also watch the staff at work making the wine if you're there at the correct time."

I provided this feedback to our server, but unfortunately, her response was unsatisfactory. Prior to our departure, Josh, whom I understand to be the event manager, approached our table to ensure our experience was positive. I relayed my concerns to him, and he thanked me for sharing my feedback, assuring me that he would address the issue.To help rectify the situation, Josh graciously brought us a bottle of wine. Although I expressed that this gesture was unnecessary, as my intention was simply to provide feedback, he replied that taking action demonstrated genuine care for guests.
