A video of me and other members of the 65th Mount Royal Rifles engaging Métis rebels during the battle demonstration of Fort Normandeau days day 2. We made a little bit of a fumble here as we were told to advance and eventually fire but we didn’t fire, that mistake was on me and a fellow comrade but mistakes happen and we’re doing this demonstration for the fun of it. #history #historyinpictures ...

"Historical area. Worth a stop to visit and stretch. The information boards are falling apart and reading the history of the area is hard. It is a big piece of Canadian History in regards to the North-West Rebellion and later the site of a residential school setting. It's too bad the museum was closed."
