Reviews Summary

Visitors consistently praise TELUS World of Science Edmonton for its engaging, hands-on exhibits that appeal to all ages, from toddlers to adults. The IMAX and Zeidler Dome shows are frequently highlighted as excellent experiences, and the centre is noted for its cleanliness and friendly staff. Some find the admission price a bit high, and a few suggest more adult-focused interaction could enhance the learning for children.

"We visited on a Sunday and the crowd was not bad at all. The IMAX theater was awesome but I recommend sitting near the back because the front was way too close to enjoy the show. Zeidlar Dome is always a hit with the kids. The place is well kept and clean. The staff is always inviting and helpful. We went as a family of 4 so 2 adults and 2 youth costed us $120. I think the cost is worth it for how much there is to do and see there. You could easily spend 4 hours seeing all the exhibits. There is a cute gift shop, classrooms, labs and a small cafeteria to buy food. I recommend bringing your own snacks and eating outside because it's a really nice space in front of the main entrance. I highly recommend this place for a nice afternoon in Edmonton!"

"I am still mulling over some things it makes you think ask strange questions about the universe and sorry not all can be answered. And that is ok. Ti did not take all the pictures. Something were cute but some were where it may have shown some things. I seen a lot of children there but perhaps not the adult interaction that there should have been to help children get the most give them the science and learning behind it. . There are a few more shows and such that I would like to see and will probably go back again.

Science is supposed to make you ask question about the impossible so that it expands and makes others think to.

Like if there are three black hole when do they become one giant one and suck the universe in completely as their gravity pulls or what makes the other things stable so they do not get sucked in . See it is questions that expand things that advance the science. There is so much we don’t know about science technology and space and medicine. I was asking some of these in grade 5 and 6. That was 1984 to 1986. And some are still not answered. Yea I should have been in careers in medicine and science and that was taken away from me and the world but it can be a great place . To the male 12 year old who did the periscope with me thank you. Never be afraid to get involved and ask them questions you would be surprised at what you could be taught by a stranger who is willing to help you in a safe environment like that and tell you why and or how things work."

Cora Echo

"A cool place where you can spend the whole time. Especially for children. I liked that you can touch and feel everything. It was especially interesting to observe under a microscope and open the box to smell the herbs. It’s instructive to learn the history of Canada, to understand that magic does not exist and it’s all physics. It was interesting!"
