"I reached out to Georgian Hills directly through the email on their website to inquire about a wine tasting/pairing experience for my mom. Robert Ketchin, the owner, personally took my request and designed an intimate experience just for the two of us.
He began by taking us on a walk-around tour of the vineyard, inviting us to taste grapes straight off the vine. Along the way, he explained the harvesting and juicing process in detail and showed us all the machinery involved, including the destemmer and wine press. He also highlighted the differences between white and red wine fermentation and the unique challenges of growing grapes in Ontario’s short season compared to warmer climates.
After the tour, we returned inside to a private tasting room, where a beautiful, thoughtfully curated charcuterie platter was delivered to us. Robert guided us through pairing each food item with specific wines and even explained how the shape of the glass can affect the tasting experience.
It was truly an unforgettable experience. My mom was so happy — not only with the incredible wines, but also with Robert’s expertise and how comfortable he made us feel. A huge thank you to Robert and the Georgian Hills staff for making the day so special — I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in a high-quality wine tasting experience."

Somewhat drinkable wines but the makers still need many years practice to bring them up to quality. There are better wines at LCBO for a much cheaper price.
The meat/cheese platter was a bit disappointing, probably because it didn't even come with some crackers or bread.
The washrooms, while clean, are quite elderly-unfriendly and the men's toilet stinks horribly."
